Change requests (CR)
An adjustment or integration to something already delivered, or something new, requested after setup.
- 1 hour minimum billed
- urgent work, under 24 hours' notice or outside business hours: 50% surcharge

Commitment and what you get on top
You pick the term on the 30-minute call. The first subscription month is free at any term, once, on first signature — it is not repeated on renewal. Longer terms add months of Flowetica Care, not more free subscription:

Your Flowetica Care months are activated from the dashboard, in the month you choose. They do not start running automatically when you sign.

Referral program
Refer and save
Already a Flowetica client? For every new business you refer that becomes a client, you get 50% off your monthly subscription for one month. Several referrals apply to consecutive months, one each — they do not stack onto the same month. Refer 6 businesses, get 6 months at half price.
The discount applies once the referred business signs and starts their subscription. Unused discounts are not converted into money when a contract ends, but they carry over if you renew.
