WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone

AI receptionist, on every channel

Lost clients rarely leave over price: they leave because they messaged or called, and the reply came the next day. The AI receptionist answers for you, in writing and on the phone, at any hour.

What it solves

  • Messages sit unread while you're with a client, in the evening and at the weekend.
  • Missed calls don't get returned; the client calls the next business.
  • Conversations across three apps and two phones, with no history in one place.
  • The same five questions, dozens of times a day.

What you get

  • Automatic replies to messages and calls, 24/7
  • Official connection to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
  • Booking straight into your calendar, with confirmation
  • Every conversation in one place, with history and transcript
  • Sensitive cases go to a person

How it's built

  1. 01

We gather what the business knows

Prices, opening hours, services, cancellation terms, the questions that keep coming back: the system answers from these, without making anything up.

  2. 02

    We connect the channels officially

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official APIs, not workarounds that risk getting the account blocked. Plus the phone, the website form and your calendar.

  3. 03

    We unify the conversations

Every channel lands in one place, with the client's history next to the message.

  4. 04

    We decide where it stops

You say what always goes to a person: negotiations, medical cases, complaints. When you step into a conversation, the system steps back from it.

  5. 05

    We test on real conversations

We run it on your message history before launch: you see its replies to real cases.

When it doesn't fit you

  • Every message needs judgment from the first sentence: consulting, legal cases, valuations.
  • You get three messages a week. A notification on your phone is enough there, not a system.
  • You want a system that passes as human. Ours says what it is from the start.

We spot the first two on the call and tell you. The third is a decision, not a finding.

The price depends on the number of channels, on whether call handling is included, and on how well prices, opening hours and cancellation terms are already documented. See the packages →

Questions · AI receptionist

Does the client realize they're talking to a system?

Yes, and that's intentional. The system says what it is from the start. Hiding it creates a much bigger problem the moment the client figures it out on their own. And they do.

What happens when it gets a question it doesn't know the answer to?

It says it doesn't know and hands the case over to you, with the full context of the conversation. It doesn't improvise. We'd rather have an honest "I'll get back to you" than wrong information delivered with confidence.

Can I switch off automatic replies for a specific conversation?

Yes, at any time. When you step into the conversation, the system automatically steps back from it and stops replying over you.

Does it work on the phone too, not just in writing?

Yes. Call handling is configured separately from messages, because the rules differ: on the phone, where it stops and hands over to a person matters much more.

Could my WhatsApp account get blocked?

No, because we only use the official WhatsApp Business API. Solutions that automate a regular WhatsApp account really do risk getting blocked: that's why we don't work that way.

Do I need a new phone number?

Usually yes, for the WhatsApp Business API account. Your current number can stay for calls, and on the call we settle on the option that disrupts things the least.

Can I see what the system replied while I was away?

Yes, every conversation is kept in full. There are no automatic replies you can't read afterwards.
