For salons and gyms
In a salon, every empty hour in the schedule is revenue you never get back. And messages arrive exactly when your hands are busy.
What changes
- What happens now
Messages arrive while you're working
Someone writes on Instagram at 11, while you have a client in the chair. You reply at 3, if you remember. By then they've asked in two other places.
What it looks like afterMessages land where the bookings are
A request from WhatsApp or Instagram lands next to the rest of your schedule, not in a third app you check in the evening. Booking software is good at what happens inside it; the problem is what stays outside it.
- What happens now
No-shows break your schedule
A client who doesn't show up leaves an empty hour you can no longer sell. Without an automatic reminder, the only option is to call each one yourself, every day.
What it looks like afterThe reminder stays with your software
Fresha, Treatwell and Booksy already send it, and we don't duplicate it — you'd be paying twice for the same message. If you don't have any software yet, the reminder is the first thing we set up, because an empty hour can't be sold again.
- What happens now
Client forms get filled in standing at reception
The first minutes of the appointment go on a form filled in on someone's knee and a signature scribbled in a hurry. The paper ends up in a binder it never comes back out of.
What it looks like afterClient forms and consent, completed beforehand
The client fills in the form and signs from home. It's filed automatically, by client, and found in three seconds when you need it.
- What happens now
Reviews get requested when you remember
Happy clients would leave a review if someone asked them. In practice, the question rarely gets asked, and your Google profile stalls.
What it looks like afterThe review request goes out on its own, after the visit
The request goes out a few hours after the appointment, while the impression is fresh, and leads straight to your Google profile. It no longer depends on who remembered today.
- What happens now
When something breaks, you fill in a form
Friday evening, something stops working. You open a ticket and wait for a reply from a support queue, from someone who has never seen your salon.
What it looks like afterSomeone who knows your setup, keeping it running
You talk to a person who knows how your system is built. That's the one thing a vendor with thousands of clients can't offer.
What I liked about them is that they didn't tell us how to work. They asked how we work and built around that. We didn't change any of our habits, the tiring part just disappeared.
What you keep from your current setup
If you already work with a system
If you use Fresha, Treatwell or Booksy, your bookings stay there. That part works and we don't touch it. We take care of what's outside it: messages coming in on other channels, client forms, consent forms and whatever gets lost between them.
If you don't have anything yet
If you don't have anything yet, we build from scratch only what you need, not a system you'd spend a month learning.
What people in the industry ask us
I already use Fresha. What does a system add on top of it?
Fresha keeps your bookings, and that part works. What it doesn't do is reply on Instagram at midnight, call back after a missed call, or tell you where the clients who actually come back come from. We don't replace it and we don't ask you to move anything out of it.
My clients message me on Instagram, not WhatsApp. Does that matter?
No, both connect officially. Instagram is actually the channel where the most messages get lost, because its notifications mix with your personal ones — a message from a client looks the same as one from a friend.
I don't want a robot talking to my clients for me.
Neither do we. The system says upfront what it is, answers factual questions — opening hours, prices, availability — and steps out of the conversation the moment you step in. Anything involving a recommendation, a complaint or a conversation about what suits them stays with you.
I work on my own. Is it worth it?
It depends on how many messages you get outside working hours, not on how many staff you have. If your evenings and Sundays are silent, that's where the gain is. If you get three messages a week, it isn't worth it, and we'll tell you so at the audit.
