Company registration: CUI 55179338, Nr. ORC J2026043729009. Contact: contact@flowetica.com. By using this website, the free assessment, or by booking an audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of the website
The website presents our operational systems and digitalization services for businesses, offers a free self-assessment tool, and lets you book a free operational audit or contact us. The website is an informational and lead-intake channel. It is not an online store: no contract is concluded and no payment is taken through this website.
3. Free assessment and free audit
The self-assessment and the operational audit are free and create no obligation for you or for us. Assessment results, scores, and recommendations are indicative, generated automatically from your answers, and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of specific results.
4. How services are contracted
Services are contracted exclusively through an individual written proposal or contract, prepared after the audit and approved in writing by both parties before any work starts. The individual proposal or contract defines the exact scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and payment terms, and prevails over any information on this website in case of differences.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website (such as "Setup from €489" or "Subscription from €189/mo") are indicative starting points, not binding offers. The exact price is always quoted in your audit report or individual proposal before work begins. Costs of third-party services used by your systems (for example AI usage or the WhatsApp Business API) are billed separately by their providers and are specified before work starts. Promotional offers (such as a free first month for new clients) apply only as confirmed in writing in your individual proposal.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are invoiced in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice, unless your individual contract states otherwise. Setup fees cover work already performed and are handled as set out in your individual contract.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, graphics, logo, the assessment tool) belongs to Flowetica Studio SRL and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent. Ownership and licensing of systems and deliverables built for clients are defined in each individual contract.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the assessment tool, including attempting to disrupt their operation, submitting false or unlawful data, scraping content, or using automated tools to overload our infrastructure.
9. Third-party services
The website links to third-party services such as Cal.com (booking) and uses Google Analytics (with your consent). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
10. Liability
The website and the assessment tool are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the information is error-free. Statistics shown on the website are industry benchmarks; actual results vary by business, market, and implementation, and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Flowetica is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Liability related to contracted services is governed by each individual contract.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
