How do I know whether I need an app or an automation is enough?
If your people need to see and enter things, it's an app. If the data only has to move between programs you already have, it's an automation, and it costs much less. On the call we separate the two, and if it's the second, we tell you then.
Can it be built on top of the software I already use?
Usually yes, if it has an API. A module on top of an existing system, or on top of the Flowetica dashboard you already have from your package, is the cheapest option of all. We check on the call, before promising anything.
Can my clients have an account in it?
Yes. Accounts and permissions are set per role: what a client sees, what an employee sees, what the administrator sees. A portal where clients check where things stand by themselves is the most requested option.
Who maintains it after delivery?
We do, if you want. Hosting, monitoring and error fixes are part of the subscription; without a subscription, there is a separate monthly maintenance plan. New features are quoted as a project, either way.
Does the data stay mine?
Yes. It sits in your accounts, on infrastructure in the European Union, and only leaves for the services you already use and know about. When we stop working together you get a full export, in a readable format.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the option: a module in an existing dashboard is a different order of magnitude from a platform with several modules. Starting prices are under one-off projects, and the exact one is set on the 30-minute call, once it's clear what goes inside.
