Partnerships

Your clients tell you what isn't working. We build what's missing.

For accountants, consultants, business lawyers, brokers and marketing agencies who already have the trust of business owners. You make the introduction, we take care of the rest: the audit, the proposal, the implementation and the system after delivery.

What we do, in words you can repeat

We build the systems a company runs on, then we stay on them. Some take over the day-to-day work, others are software built from scratch around how each client works.

  • instant replies and one place for inquiries and messages from phone, social media, WhatsApp or the website form
  • bookings and deadlines get automatic confirmations and reminders
  • website, visibility and showing up in searches
  • a CRM or ERP built around the client, not generic off-the-shelf software
  • internal apps that take paper-based work online: operations and logistics (invoices, reports, etc.)
If you want one sentence to tell a client
“I work with a small team that builds software for companies: from websites and CRMs to the systems that handle calls and bookings. They don't sell a program, they build the system and keep it running themselves.”

We don't sell software the client has to learn to use. We build the system, connect it to what they already have and keep it running. They approve, the system executes.

When to refer, concretely

There's nothing to keep track of in the meantime. When a client tells you they're missing calls and messages, that they keep everything in Excel or that their website brings in nobody, send them the free audit. That's it.

It takes two minutes, they run it on their own, see right away what stands out, and the full report arrives by email if they leave an address.

The report works for you, not just for us

Every report contains a sentence that sends the client to you, with a real accounting question that you answer.

  1. 1The client gets the report
  2. 2Finds a question for the accountant in it
  3. 3Comes back to you with it
What it looks like, for a salon or a practice
“Ask your accountant what an unbooked hour at your practice costs you. With their figure, the no-show estimate in the report is calculated exactly for your business.”

The client comes back to you with a useful question, with every report, without any effort on your part.

What you earn

Commission

Setup
20%
Subscription
10%
How you take it
  • the money goes to you
  • or a discount of the same value for the client you refer

Either way, we pay it out of our margin; the client pays nothing extra.

Referral

How attribution works
  • the client picks "Recommended by a partner" and your name from the list
  • or you send them to us directly, if they'd rather talk to a person
  • it stays yours for 120 days from registration

It doesn't depend on a clicked link: it works the same if you gave them the address over the phone or on paper.

Standing with your clients

Audit
  • site speed (mobile, desktop)
  • Google: profile, photos, categories, contact, structured data, indexing
  • ssl and headers, as far as they are visible from outside
Self-assessment
  • capture, conversion, retention, operations, control
  • questions specific to their niche

A concrete report, no strings attached. A reason to talk, even if they buy nothing. Not a security audit.

Discount on your own system

Setup
30%
Subscription
30%
How you get it
  • three valid referrals sent
  • it doesn't matter whether any of them signs, that's up to us

For the system at your own firm, in the first year.

Discounts over time

How long the commission runs
  • 3 months signed: commission on 2 paid months
  • 6 months signed: commission on 5 paid months
  • 12 months signed: commission on 11 paid months

The free month is given only once, on the first contract, and earns no commission.

How it's calculated
The term originally signed
Renewals don't bring new commission. The 20% of setup is paid whatever the term.
On what we actually collect
For a Founding client, with the subscription at half price, the commission is halved too.
After 120 days
If they sign after the attribution window, you get half the commission.
If you're also a client
You choose the commission or the discounted month from the referral program. They don't stack on the same business.

Who joins and what changes

The same terms for everyone: accountants, valuers, brokers, business lawyers, financial advisors. Two professions have extra rules.

Marketing agencies

We complement your services: you bring the people, we build what happens after the click.

  • as a subcontractor: we build, you deliver to the client
  • under your name: we don't appear anywhere
  • as a named partner: we both appear, each with our own part

We don't do content, creative, video or campaign management, neither separately nor on the side.

Grant consultants

EU cohesion programs for 2021-2027 co-fund CRM and ERP for SMEs, with grant rates that vary by region. Some regions also qualify for the Just Transition Fund.

  • strictly referral, both ways: the client picks us through their own procurement procedure
  • our clients who need funding come to you

EU conflict-of-interest rules: in the same project, we can't be both the consultant who writes the application and the supplier who delivers.

What you risk

Your relationship with the client. That's why every step happens with your knowledge, and the client stays yours.

  • You only make the introduction

Outreach, the conversation, the audit, the proposal, negotiation and implementation are our part. The pitch, the delivery and the result stay with us.

  • We contact the client when you say so

A referral becomes a call only after you agree. You choose the moment and the form of the introduction.

  • Commission from real clients

A single tier: you earn from clients who pay. A referred colleague is welcome, and the rule stays the same however much the program grows.

  • We only propose what fits

If we see during the conversation that we're not the right fit for the client, we tell them directly and stop there.

  • You hear about every step

We tell you when we contacted them, what we discussed and what came of it.

  • Each to their own trade

Accounting, tax and funding advice stays with you. Our clients who need an accountant are sent to our partners.

  • Everything in writing

A partnership agreement, and you invoice the commission.

What happens to the client's data

  • The integrity of their data

The client's data stays with us, protected, and serves only the purpose it was given for. It isn't sold and doesn't reach third parties.

  • Only what they consented to

We use only the data they consented to: the email for the full report, the phone only if they want a call.

  • Separate consents

The report is one consent, marketing another. They get articles and practical tips only with the second tick, and can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Data protection rules

We follow the GDPR: the client can ask for their data to be deleted at any time, at the address given in the report.

And you find out what happened with your referral, every month, without having to ask.

How we start

  1. 1

You write to us through the form or give us a call.

  2. 2

We talk for 20 minutes: what clients you have, where you think we'd be useful, how you want to work.

  3. 3

We sign a one-page partnership agreement.

  4. 4

The first referral. You see how it goes, then decide whether we continue.

We don't ask for exclusivity, we don't ask for a minimum number of referrals, and there's no sign-up fee.
