A lead answered in five minutes and one answered the next day are no longer the same lead. Every request comes in with its source, gets an instant reply and stays followed up to the end.
What it solves
Requests come in from five places and don't all end up in one.
Nobody knows which channel the clients who actually buy come from.
Follow-up is done from memory, so quotes go unanswered.
Two people call the same client, and a lead's age isn't visible.
What you get
Every lead in a single CRM, with its source tagged
An instant automatic reply, on any channel
Automatic follow-up, not from memory
A monthly report per channel: requests, conversions, cost per client
How it's built
01
We gather every source
Form, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, referrals, paid campaigns. Every lead comes in with its source tagged, automatically.
02
We set up the instant reply
The confirmation goes out within seconds, with clear next steps. It doesn't replace the quote, but it stops the client from writing to the next business.
03
We build the follow-up
The follow-up sequence runs on its own until there's a reply, or until the limit you set. Without depending on who happens to remember.
04
We connect the reporting
At the end you see how many requests came in on each channel and how many turned into clients. That changes where you put your budget next month.
When it doesn't fit you
All your clients come from a single source and you know them by name: a CRM would be double bookkeeping.
You sell once, with no repeat business and no quote to follow up: a shop where people pay on the spot.
You already have a CRM nobody fills in. The problem isn't the tool, it's the filling in.
The third is the most common one of all, across every service. We say so on the call, even if it means a smaller sale.
The price depends on how many sources of requests come in, on whether we start from zero or from an existing CRM, and on how far the follow-up goes. See the packages →

No. We work with the CRM you have, and if you don't have one, we start with a free or low-cost option. An expensive CRM used badly is worse than a well-kept spreadsheet.
What happens to my clients' data?
It stays yours, in your accounts. We build and maintain the system, we don't keep the database on our side. The details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work if we sell over the phone, not online?
Yes, and it often shows even more clearly there. Missed calls and calls never returned are the most common loss in phone sales.
What happens to client data?
It stays in your database, on infrastructure in the European Union, and only leaves it for services you already use and know about. We don't sell data and we don't use it anywhere else. When we stop working together, you get a full export, in a readable format.
So who fills in the CRM, in the end?
For the most part, nobody: that's the point. The lead comes in on its own, with its source, and the stage changes based on what happens: they replied, got a quote, signed. Manual entry is left for what can't be inferred, meaning notes and decisions. A CRM that needs manual input at every step doesn't get filled in, no matter who promises to do it.
Does it work with the CRM I already have?
Usually yes, if it has an API. We check on the call. If it doesn't, or if the one you have is empty because nobody fills it in, we say so then: a second tool on top of a process problem makes the problem faster, it doesn't fix it.
