Data Deletion

If you have interacted with a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or TikTok account managed through Flowetica Studio SRL and wish to have your data deleted, you have two options.

Option 1 — Request deletion directly from us

Send an email to privacy@flowetica.com with the subject "Data deletion" and include:

  • the username you messaged from (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok)
  • the name of the page or account you messaged
  • the approximate date of the conversation

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with GDPR Art. 17. We send you written confirmation once completed.

Option 2 — Revoke access from your own account

You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings
  2. Open the Apps and Websites section
  3. Select the app and choose Remove
  4. Tick the option to delete associated activity

What we delete

Upon receiving your request we delete the content of your messages, the user identifier assigned by the platform, your displayed name, and all classifications associated with your conversation.

If you completed a contraindication form, you may request its deletion separately. Note that the business which provided the service may be under a legal obligation to retain part of this information; in that case we will inform you explicitly of the legal basis and the retention period.

What we cannot delete

We cannot delete messages from your own Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account — these are under your control and the platform's. They must be deleted from the respective app.

Certain data may be retained where required by law, for example for tax or accounting obligations.
