Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how it is used.

2. Cookies and technologies we use

Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage) so we don't ask again. This is essential and cannot be disabled. Visit source: if you reach the site from a campaign link or from another website, we keep in your browser (sessionStorage, key flowetica_sursa) the link parameters, the page you landed on, and the address you came from. It stays only in the current tab and disappears when you close it. It is not sent to any third party: it only reaches the form you choose to submit, so we know what brings us visitors. Analytics (Google Analytics 4): set only after you accept, these cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_<id>) help us understand how the site is used. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Typical lifetime: up to 13 months. Advertising and campaign measurement (Meta Pixel): set only after you accept, the _fbp and _fbc cookies show us how many of our ads lead to a real inquiry. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Typical lifetime: up to 90 days. The same events are also sent from our server to Meta (Conversions API), with the same cookies, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Meta, not even in encrypted or hashed form.

3. Legal basis

Necessary cookies do not require consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your prior, explicit consent, in line with Law 506/2004 and the GDPR. Until you accept, neither the Google Analytics script nor the Meta pixel is loaded, and no event is sent to Meta: not from your browser, and not from our server.

4. Managing or withdrawing consent

You choose via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer (which reopens the banner), or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. International transfers

Google Analytics and Meta may transfer data to servers outside the EU (including the United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. The providers we contract with are their Irish entities: Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
